RETURN/ REFUND POLICY:
Customers dissatisified with goods will receive a full refund, subject to the followign criteria:

  • The goods are returned immediately after receipt of goods and are in a saleable condition when received on return, and full postage has been paid.
  • Damaged goods are returned upon receipt, and full return postage has been paid. Replacement goods will be forwarded free of packing and postage charges.
  • Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt plus full name and complete address details foe either refuned or replacement whichever is appropriate.

CURRENCY OF TRANSACTIONS:
All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD), we will process your payment only in this currency. When you transact with us from outside of Australia, your purchases will also be processed in AUD. You might, however, find that the payment is converted to your country's currency by your credit card company. Trading Tools International Pty Ltd is not responsible for the conversion and you should check with your credit card company for any query in relation to conversion rates.

DELIVERY POLICY:

  • Australia: Please allow 24 hours for order processing. Delivery is by Australia Post as per Australia Post Timetables.
  • International: Please allow 24 hours for order processing. Delivery by Australia Post, please allow 5-10 business days.
